"Our stay was pleasant. Quiet with helpful staff. Breakfast was disappointing in the fact there was no available hot food ready (waited an hour for it to be refilled). Overall a good place to stay for a night or two. "

Staff was very accommodating when we arrived late and needed to add extra days. Conveniently located next to Gundersen Lutheran hospital with underground connection. Signage between the hospital and hotel could be improved. Hotel offers a discount to visitors who have someone in the hospital when booked with the hotel directly."

John was most accommodating - keeping us informed of upcoming snowstorm before our reservation and offering to extend our stay or reschedule at the last minute. "
