“The apartment was very clean and the staff willing and helpful. Breakfast next door. Ayala Malls is walking distance but we took a taxi due to the heat and difficulty crossing busy streets. The only problem was the bathroom although very clean, the water doesn’t drain well in shower. All things considered I’d recommend this anytime.”

“Vel was the best, was just a quick last minute stop over. But the property manager was amazing. Even drove us then picked us up after a nice restaurant dinner at a fantastic place you would never know without her recommendation.”

“We had a 4 night stay for a family of 6 in a 2 bedroom/4 bed unit. My best piece of advice is this:
When you check in, you will have a host that will bring you to your room. DO NOT LET THE HOST LEAVE until you are completely satisfied with your room.
Make sure everything meets expectations from WiFi to Hot water and shower pressure. These units are individually owned and don't appear to have an standard of maintenance/upkeep. We had maintenance replace 2 shower heads, fix a leaky toilet and……
