Viagem com meu marido e minha bebê para passar o carnaval em Vitória. Infelizmente tivemos uma péssima experiência no hotel. Ao chegar no hotel nos deram a chave do primeiro quarto, que estava com a privada subindo água suja, entupido e com muito mal cheiro.. para piorar sentei com a bebê na cama ...

The rooms were very clean and had great amenities. After the first day when my air-conditioning was a little fickle, the management and hotel staff were super responsive and moved me into another room while I figured out what was happening with the air-conditioning.
