I had to give them those five towels back to wash and they gave them back to me. I couldn't just get towels. They were rude and not friendly. "

"The AC didn’t work. The room and hotel itself was filthy. The front desk staff was gone for 30 minutes when we tried to first check in. There was another guest there and we had already been waiting 10 minutes. We left and searched for another room. Unfortunately everything booked. Came back and that same guest said she waited 20 minutes and no one came so she left as well but had to come back. Wingate was the worst stay I’ve ever had and I will never stay there again! "
