“Worst hotel experience ever. I would give the hotel 1-2 stars, not 4\. The rooms are not soundproofed. You have to pay a cash deposit for the minibar immediately upon arrival. Why? The beds are very uncomfortable and hard. It’s extremely noisy—you can hear everything from the reception, the cleaning staff banging their bucket at 7 AM, and the heavily trafficked road outside. There’s a thin door between your room and the neighbor’s—you might as well be sharing a room, because you can hear……

“免费停车。但是当我到达酒店，不堪回首的经历就开始了。前台抱歉地通知我，我预定的房型没有房间了，然后巴拉巴拉一堆。我当即表示，这些理由都站不住脚。酒店超卖也算是行业潜规则，虽不能赞同，但知道酒店也有担心。但是客人既然来了而你酒店满房，就要想办法妥善处理。最常见的方法是升级房型。我就不信当日酒店连一间房间都没有了！结果给出的解决方案是安排我去所谓海景公寓下榻。我还以为是他家自己旗下的公寓，开了一天的车，累得实在不想再理论了。结果去了发现，是另外一家叫做old town apartment ，房间装修设施和莫斯科酒店大相径庭，而如果作为公寓来说，自身特有的厨具微波炉洗衣机也没有，更别说像我在贝尔格莱德订的公寓还免费赠送零食水果啤酒，退房时还赠送纪念品。这时候我已经累得实在不想折腾了。附上照片，大家看看这样的公寓值不值90欧元，酒店这样的处理应不应该！”

“We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Budva. The hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. The sea and bay view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast was fresh and delicious as well. The only downside was parking. It could sometimes be difficult to find a place to park, as the hotel has only two private parking spots.”
