From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt cared for and appreciated. A very special thank you to Kiki, whose kindness, professionalism, and positive energy stood out every single day. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. Never left a review before but felt this was absolutely needed. What a superb hotel, I’ve stayed in many 5* all inclusive but this is at the top. Service exceptional, food quality was exquisite, I went for the swim up room which was just perfect - I have absolutely no faults and would recommend and come back again in the future. What a fantastic stay. Room 109.
