The Waikoloa Beach Resort is one of the most popular vacation destinations on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Our Townhome offers everything you would need to enjoy your vacation directly within the resort.
The Waikoloa Beach Resort is home of two championship golf courses, The Kings and Beach Courses.
You will also find a nice long white sandy beach at A ’Bay, only about a mile from your doorstep.
There are Kayak, SUP, Parasailing rentals and activities at A-Bay.
The Waikoloa Beach Resort offers two large open air shopping malls, The Kings Shops and The Queens Shops.
This shopping mall is located about 1 mile from your doorstep.

Great Stay and Location

This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation - the location was ideal, the amenities were top-notch, the kitchen was well stocked and they had all the toys you would need in the garage for beach fun including ice-chests beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment. We just had to pack a bathing suit. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and sent us great ideas on restaurants and other things to do in the area. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again

Awesome property

Property is very clean, lots of towels and extra bedding should you need it. It really had way more space than we needed and we enjoyed it. BBQs at the pool area were very well maintained and clean. The air conditioning works extremely well. We could not ask for much more… we would stay here again.

Must stay if you get a chance!

This is a perfect location for easy access to all the sites on the Big Island. The accommodation is beautiful. We have stayed in multiple vacation rentals in Hawaii and this far exceeded our expectations. It had everything you could possibly imagine to make your vacation. The condo is exceptionally well stocked with everything you need for the beach. It is beautiful, clean, lots of space for big families. Our only regret is that we couldn’t have stayed longer. The condo severed our purpose for our visit. Condos faced each other so don’t expect views. Pool water was too chilly so we did not use it, but the pool area had several bbq grills to grill on. Kitchen was not too well equipped with cooking utensils but we did with what was there. The place did have comfortable beds and the AC worked well on warm days. All in all our stay was comfortable.

Very nice accommodations! Loved the large kitchen and the patio was great for morning coffee (which btw was provided by host 😊) the pool was close and the water was refreshing and cool (not cold) I would definitely stay there again🌺

This home was more than big enough for our family of 5 and was in a great neighborhood in a very nice area north of Kona on the coast. Very clean and had all the comforts of home. It was also convenient to some sightseeing that we did up in the mountains, Kona town, and the airport.

We had a great stay at this home. Lots of beach gear is provided, and the complex is in a good area with lots of amenities. The host was very helpful and responded almost immediately to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!
