The large kitchen has a wrap around granite counter with 3 bar stools and stainless steel appliances. Gourmet cooking at your disposal with spices, condiments, cookware, stemware, quality knives, placemats, etc., right down to a rice maker! Ice and filtered water from the fridge add convenience. The lanai offers 6 swivel chairs, table and a BBQ grill. Enjoy an amazing view from here from morning coffee to past sunset!

Also on the main level are a guest bedroom with queen bed, SMART TV, full bathroom, full size washer and dryer, and storage with baby’s high chair and beach towels and equipment.

Upstairs is the master with king bed facing an armoire with a SMART TV, bedside tables, large lanai with two luxury lounging chairs overlooking the ocean and golf course.
