REALLY NICE 2 BEDROOM - 2 BATH CONDO

Really nice condo in Waikoloa Village. Beautiful setting and property. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed and the furniture was of good quality and taste. We had to experiment with wall switches to get the living room ceiling fan on, but we figured it out. Really enjoyed finding hidden beaches south of the main Waikoloa public beach. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.

Chosen for short drive to Kohala beaches

The property was clean and the description was accurate. If you are familiar with the area and know how to take advantage of all the nearby activities and beaches, this is a very good way of having affordable accommodations to have a great vacation on the Kohala coast. The amenities in the property were well organized and we appreciated the plentiful beach towels and beach gear and extra linens. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was well labeled and the owner provided plenty of laundry and dishwasher pods - which was also appreciated.

Good location

We had a great stay!! Only 15 min from the water. The KTA and coffee shop near by we’re great and super convenient! To keep it cool keep all the windows open and fans going! Had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a huge help. All the beach gear was amazing. Would recommend!

Affordable and Convenient

We came for the Kona 70.3 Ironman race and a beach vacation. This property is located just up the hill from Waikoloa Beach Resort. It was clean and had everything we needed. Grocery store nearby. Pool and hot tub were nice. Beautiful views and wildlife along the drive. Easy access to the north side and down to Kona. It was hot, so we used the fans!

Nice place to stay. Plenty of wonderful amenities nearby.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location. Property was clean and well appointed. The only upgrade would be to add an air conditioner- even a simple $350 one from Home Depot would be awesome… as the master bedroom gets a little warm for the fans to keep up with.

Amazing stay

The house was perfect. Has everything you need and the location is ideal to everything on the island. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, sits right on the golf course. Fully stacked kitchen, beach supplies, towels, cable, first class experience. 12/10.

Very clean inside and out. The pool was good. Neighbors were friendly. Easy access. Stores and gas were right down the road. Golf course right across the street. we had our assigned parking. The kitchenware was everything we needed to cook with. Tv worked and was ready and easy to figure out. It was a wonderful place to stay.

well-stocked and nicely put out property. There were issues with the bathroom in the master bedroom. The owner was very responsive and worked quickly to mitigate the problem. Overall a very functional and comfortable unit.

Great condo

We loved staying at this condo. It was so cute, clean, a quiet neighborhood and good location. It seem to have everything we needed for our stay. I We loved sitting out on the Lanai while we drank our Kona coffee, listening to all the birds in the morning. Janice was a great host, she was very easy to contact if we had any questions. I hope that we can stay there again someday.

5-day stay over Christmas

Nice pool in the complex and general setting. Comfortable beds. Good internet. Nice beach gear. Air circulation required multiple fans because unit was below roadway facing road. (No garden view.) Suggest clarifying arrival directions to say drive past main entrance travelling NW across gulch on right side to second entrance to the property.

Great spot at good price!

Very comfortable place, as long as we kept the fans going. The owner provided ample fans in each room. The unit was more spacious than we expected and was perfect for our friend week on the Kona coast. It was close to all our favorite beaches and owner provided all the beach equipment we could use: towels, chairs, umbrella, ice cooler and even snorkel equipment and boogie boards. The apartment complex was quiet and it felt private because we rarely ran into others. Check in and check out were super simple, and owner was very quick to respond! We really enjoyed ourselves?

Comfortable condo, responsive host

We enjoyed this comfortable, two bedroom two full baths condo, full size refrigerator, washer dryer combo, dishwasher, pool a few steps away, and convenient location just across from the Waikoloa golf Course and Johnny's restaurant. The unit does not have AC but we were able to keep the temperature comfortable because there are numerous strategically located tower fans and ceiling fans in every room. It's such a safe area that we we're also able to leave windows open at night to let the cross breezes help cool us down. Our host was very responsive, answered all our questions and took an interest in the successful completion of our mission for this trip. We would return here again. Definitely recommended.

Good Value in the Village

Two of us stayed two weeks in December. Unit is as presented. We did not make use of the property amenities so cannot comment on them. It was quiet during our stay with only normal daytime activity. The only recommended improvement would be the master, kitchen, and lanai blinds; they work sufficiently, but are damaged and funky. We will definitely consider staying here in the future. Thanks!
