We’ve stayed many times but Hilton Waikiki’s realy seems to be going downhill - need upgrades - doors squealing off hinges not opening 34 room key changes .. lights not working, all pool bars close at 5 pm week of Memorial Day weekend ?? Only offered outdoor view seating at KPC at $130/ person bs ordering off menu ad in past- hard to find any staff - went to 4 places to find sunscreen - shack by dolphins “ closed at 1:20 pm”?, service NO WHERE CLOSE TO PRIOR STAYS - need more dining options - boat hardy available rarely goes by…later check in than prior 5pm and now 10 am check out - NOT COMING BACK and we go to Hawaii almost every year - We will go to Fairmont orchid next time - Where did the alpha go???

The property is great, the highlight of the trip. The room is tired. The hotel uses a duvet with a sheet on top and beneath for the bedding. When we climbed into bed we noticed how soiled the duvet was - several large patches of dark stains. Clearly they are not swapping out the duvet between stays, nor are they cleaning them regularly. The staff was apologetic and brought us a fresh one when we called.

Didn’t love the location of our room. We were on the ground floor, located directly in front on the shuttle. We went to the pool restaurant and the food was mediocre for a Hilton location. Loved the walking paths, view from the pools. Staff was incredibly friendly and kind. I would definitely return to this location.
