The staff were extremely friendly, however my room appeared like it wasn’t thoroughly vacuumed. The fridge setting was at its coldest and my sodas exploded, and both the gym and pool were closed without notice until check in.

Nice hotel, comfortable, safe happy with it, however the pool was looking clean but closed and we planned to get some energy out and use it on our travel night, frustrated we arrived early and couldn't use the pool.

Love our stay. Our complimentary breakfast was great and generous in its offerings to accommodate all palates. From the quick and fast coffee and toast, to cold cereals, or the more complex ones, the traditional omelettes, sausages, waffles, preserves, fresh fruit, dried fruit and nuts, yogurts and the warm oatmeal. Very helpful and attentive staff. Our room was close to a door. Unfortunately, an area where smokers gathered at the entrance steps. It was not pleasing to step out and walk into an unavoidable smoke cloud. It will great if the hotel sets a designated area with chairs under the trees for smokers, where they can enjoy the renown southern hospitality but away from the building itself.

The entire staff during my stay was welcoming and accommodating. Lala, the housekeeper, was exceptional as well. She made sure we were okay with supplies. And the room was very very clean and fresh upon entering. The breakfast, omg, was so good....a different protein each morning for the 3 days I was there....a variety of breakfast foods to choose from. So worth the stay here. I would stay here again if I get the opportunity to visit N. Carolina again.

The room was quite clean to the point I smelled the cleaning solution. The staff was accommodating since I my card no longer has the swipe magnetic strip and the staff found a manual way to input my card. I really appreciate them working with me. The amenities were standard and acceptable.

The shower floor was dirty:moldy. Had to purchase a new pair of shower shoes. Staff was professional and warm. Breakfast was great. (Missed bacon ! ) You are my go to location for family friendly stays wherever I go. My late husband was a travel agent. How can I get his loyalty points added to mine? The stay April 2025 was his service weekend.
