“The emphasis on keeping the facility has diminished over the years. For example, there was trash on the floor of the elevator when we checked in. It was still there 2 days latter.
Our room door had been damaged and required considerable force to open it. My wife was unable to open it to get out. Safety issue.
Overall it appears that management/owners are not reinvesting in the facility. Things are broken and need fixing.”

“The first room had black mold all over the caulking in the bathtub. The clerk gave us another room. The second room had a hole in the wall, as if someone put a fist through it. The property hasn't been upgraded since Reagan was president. The beds were comfortable. We won't be back.”
