Room was very clean. The outdoor pool was closed for a few hrs 1 day, no fault of the resort just fixing a leak. Play ground was closed for maintenance. This wasnt communicated to us. 😒 This was disappointing to my 3 yr old grandson.

The hotel lobby is beautiful! Everything was clean and rooms were great. Breakfast was okay- your standard hotel breakfast. Lots of buses coming through so breakfast was packed and a wait but the staff handled it well. We all expected the pool to be much bigger considering the size of the hotel- not ideal for families with Littles and a packed pool- just made it overwhelming. Would be a great place for bigger and older groups though.

The room was clean, and the creekside balcony with the sounds of water and the wind in the trees was mesmerizing. The view out the other window overlooking an immense sea of green grass was great. The room came with a microwave and tiny but adequate fridge.
The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was dimly lit. It had a good shower.
Overall, a decent stay.

The highlight was that were was a ton of bear activity, even in late March as this hotel backs up to the national park. The bed was comfortable. Nighttime staff was not much help, and they seemed understaffed (couldn't get a towel for the pool area. The hotel grounds were nice. Would consider staying ...
