Location That Wānaka Tree: \~700 m (about a 8–10 min walk) Wanaka Town Centre: \~1.6 km (about a 20 min walk) Bedroom Configuration: Master: King bed Bedroom 2: 2 single beds Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds (ideal for kids) Bathrooms: 1 upstairs (including bath), 2 downstairs Kitchen & Living: Open-plan fully equipped kitchen and living area Outdoor Features: BBQ, large outdoor table, fireplace, and hot tub Plenty of parking available in the driveway. Key essentials are provided to get your stay started. Extras Self-contained 1-bedroom studio at the rear also available Contact us for special rates for combined bookings OUR STRICT RULES: No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm: As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us. Minimum age requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification. No parties without prior approval: Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
