Excellent experience overall.

We stayed for two nights. The two males at the front desk were decent. The cleaning ladies were great, polite and helpful when we asked for help. The pool was fine too, small. Only real issue with this hotel was that it was very hot when we turned the A/C off at night. The reason to that was because it was extremely loud even on the lowest setting. I don’t know if the rooms on the lower level are cooler but the third level room we stayed in was way too hot and again the A/C unit was too loud to fall asleep with it on. Lastly, the water from the shower was very inconsistent. It was be warm and then immediately change to extremely cold for a few seconds then change back to warm water. Not worth what we paid for. We stayed at the icicle resort and the blue elk in in the past. Obviously they’re more expensive but the stay at those hotels were better. We decided to go cheaper this year and it cost us several sleepless hours at night.

Everything was wonderful. I've been visiting Icicle Inn Resort in Leavenworth for over 30 years and it remains clean, updated and the breakfast is top notch. The miniature golf course is always well maintained, new bikes are available to ride and the grounds are beautiful. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. There is no reason I'd stay any where else in Leavenworth.
