Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. I have video and photos. Also, no hot tub. This was a Christmas gift to each other. Our stay was under welming.

Great place for the price. We booked this as a romantic getaway/40th birthday gift. We think we got the best bang for your buck. You're right across the street from the alpine coaster and a 10-15 minute walk to the downtown area of Leavenworth. Our hotel came with amenities that others did not. Staff, food, and rooms were all amazing. Would highly recommend. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing. The outside facade was lit up with beautiful Christmas lights and the lobby looked like a Christmas village. The complimentary Breakfast was outstanding and better than Starbucks coffee and cocoa. The room was clean, comfortable and most of all, location with parking! I’ve been coming here since 1995 and am disappointment that we never stayed here before! We will be back!!!
