“We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at Plume Villas in Matakana. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The villa was beautiful, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.
The location is fantastic — peaceful and private, while still being close to everything Matakana has to offer. We especially loved the beautiful surroundings and the relaxed atmosphere.

“Perfect place for a romantic winter getaway. Stunning grounds, great room with lovely views, the lodge was cozy and the food was great - the breakfast in particular was amazing. Dinner was expensive but it didn’t disappoint and convenient onsite. No TV in the room but no need with the cozy fireplace. Bed was comfortable with nice linen. “I love the parking which makes it very easy to unload the luggage, the location is very convenient for shopping, restaurants are not that far.
The staff are friendly and the lovely lady at the reception made us feel welcome and very kind.

“The property is cool. We took our elderly mum. The entrance to the house is flat and was easy for her to navigate. The house is well appointed in Kiwi chic, very comfortable beds, bathroom with shower and bath is very tidy, address was very easy to find, 2 mins from the Warkworth Township. Steve is a top chap, nothing is a problem. The sheep on the other hand were a complete disappoinment, generally disinterested in us.”
