“Simple but excellent facility with great customer service. Accidentally locked my key in my room in the first two minutes of arriving but a staff member was quickly sent up to sort it out. Cheap (for Auckland) overnight parking around the corner on Short Street and an easy walk down to Britomart and the waterfront. We will be back - Thanks Ted!”
