"Nicely maintained home with all you need for a perfect stay. Nestled on a quiet street just minutes walk from historic downtown and riverfront walk. Large covered porches with the back porch having a river view and we enjoyed an occasional slow moving train going past. Management is very accommodating and fast to respond. Highly recommend."

We needed a comfortable place and we found it! Phyllis has the best, sweetest, most well appointed little home we could have ever asked for.
