This quaint 1 bedroom, 1 bath top floor condo boosts tons of natural light and is an oasis to escape to after exploring the nation\`s capital. This unit has an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is access to a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked, so you can wake up to make a fresh cup of coffee or tea, or make breakfast before a day of tours. Guests have access to the entire condo We are just a call, text, or message away to ensure your stay is perfect. This house is built prior to 1960 which means that the basement will be the coldest and the top floor will be the warmest. In an effort to ensure everyone staying at the property is comfortable, we provide portal/ceilings and portable heat sources This location offers ample, free street parking. It would be best to use a vehicle or ride share. The bus stop is approximately 0.1 miles away. This unit is tech savvy. What I can tell you is that it’s everything they say it is. Clean and comfortable. Great shower free parking on the street in front. Although it may not seem safe, it is.Had no problems.Easy commute by car into to Washington by car,Whole Foods grocery store was near by with compted free parking. My only critique is that the Ivy City neighborhood where it's located is a bit desolate -- there are no stores within walking distance and the closest main street, New York Avenue, was a bit gritty.
