"The property was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our short trip to VA. I couldnt believe how big the beds and bedrooms were! The only downside was that the reserved parking spot rules arent followed at the building. We had to park on the street. Thankfully it was close and that didnt cause any issues."

"Great stay. Pretty much matches the description. Bed was comfortable. Water was hot. Kitchen accommodated all needs. Large bathroom. Literally the only complaint was the flies out front in the patio area. Didn’t bother me much but did my husband. We sat out there with music and a drink. Nice table area."

"It was very clean and well maintained. It has full sized washer/dryer that came in handy. Location is an easy Uber/Lyft ride downtown. Each unit has only 1 parking space but there is free parking on the street for any additional vehicles."

"Awful experience. The owner didn't reply to any communication before the actual check-in time, and therefore I had to just go straight to my event. It was after 10:30 pm when I needed to access my rental. The parking was NOT a dedicated lot but on-street parking, so I had to walk around a very long block in the dark. "The unit we stayed in was very nice. It was clean, smelled fresh and had plenty of room for us. I will say the one downside was the area. The alley way we used to get access to the parking was too narrow to pull into and out of the assigned parking spot and unfortunately we saw a user shooting up.
