Check in was easy. Stored my bags until my room was ready. Room was clean and met my needs. Staff is very friendly. Didn't like that the last call at the bar was 9:45pm but sounded like that was a city ordinance matter not in hotel's control.

I loved everything about my stay at the Moxy Hotel! But what I loved the most was the staff—they were truly the best. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They made me feel right at home and brought such great energy throughout my entire stay. The hotel itself was fun, comfortable, and had such a great vibe, but the people are definitely what made the experience so special. I would absolutely stay here again! ❤️

The Moxy is our favorite hotel in DC! It has a great vibe and I love the decor. The staff are Phenomenal!!! It’s welcoming, inviting, and friendly. The food at the bar is great as well as the drinks. And the bartenders are the greatest! My husband and I love this place!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly during my short stay. Welcome gift and drink are grea benefits. This location has 2 restaurants, 1 is with a rooftop bar! The views are amazing. This is the place to stay in DC!!

Loveee the staff they were so chill and the vibe of the place its very cozy would prefer this better than 5 stars hotel. just wish i had better views rather than facing a wall but the rooftop bar make up for it

I stayed in a closet with a bunk bed. I strongly suggest asking before you accept a room. They should have called my stay the Harry Potter experience. Staff was great though.
