The area is also filled with family attractions, including the Washington D.C. Madame Tussauds.

The Northwest zone comprises much of the central portion of Washington D.C., from the Lincoln Memorial north toward Silver Spring and Bethesda. It extends from the eastern bank of the Potomac River and the northern side of the National Mall. Travel by metro or bus to one of the many stops scattered across this area.
