“The room was not clean. There was a stain on the bedspread. Outside on the balcony, the armchair was torn and there was no cover for it, so I couldn’t sit on it. The chairs outside were also very dirty, and there was a terrible smell on the balcony. The table outside was broken.
Inside, there was also a problem with the toilet—every time I used it and came out, water would be left all over the floor.”

“The staff is so friendly and nice specially abeer. However, the ac is not clean and made us cough so we had to turn it off. The beds are very old, the mattress was dented and we requested it to be changed but the hotel was full apparently.
