Overall, the hotel is nice, with friendly staff and a friendly check-in process. I called 3 days ahead of my reservation requesting a ground-level room because of my elderly, arthritic dog. I was assured my room had been changed. However, when I checked in, the room had not been changed, and I was given a 6th-floor room. Quite disappointed and likely won't stay again.

The rooms were very nice and spacious! Had everything you need available! Check in was convenient in that they sent you a text with room number and a code to open the door to your room!

We appreciated the staff kindness. The pool was relaxing but the hot tub was a bit dirty and not filtered well. Our room did not have hot water in the shower. Otherwise wonderful kitchen and spacious living space.

A little known fact: Leavenworth is #1 pear growers in the nation. I came across miles and miles of pear trees with blossoms while driving around in Leavenworth, spring is now my favorite time to visit this cute little Bavarian Village surrounded by beautiful mountains. :) #SpringFun
