“The property is in a great location. There is a beautiful flower garden including a horse to see, talk to and enjoy. The bathrooms are out of date. They have ceramic tile walls, floors, and bathroom walls. There is barely any room in the shower. The tap water wouldn't get warm, stayed cold. The windows need replacement. You can hear all the noise, wind, and feel it in the room. The mattress needs updated, it's not as comfortable, even with the small padding under the sheets. Each room……

“The entire property, including our room was filthy and had a poor odor. there was dirty water all over the floor in the hallway. The sheets were stained and had a chunk of dirt on them. The towels were dirty and the tub was so gross I didn’t dare step in it. The floors and all the surfaces were all a bit sticky and there were flies in the hall in the room. It didn’t help that the outer doors were propped open, letting in the bugs and making the property not secure. The mattress was also pretty……
