“Had an issue with the first room we had brought the issue to the attention of the staff we were moved immediately. They staff was very responsive and we appreciated them taking action so quickly ”

“The staff were great! We had a clean room, good breakfast and easy parking. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but it looked awesome. I would really recommend this hotel to all. ”

“The room we reserved wasn't available at the designated check-in time, and it seemed the room we received instead wasn't as nice as the premium paid for a Gulf view; also, amenities associated with the mandatory resort fee (smores kit) weren't available, and beach chairs/umbrella were packed up by staff earlier than the time indicated, so we received no value for it. The property itself is nice, relatively new, and close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.”

“The place is a dive a family of three and they tried to put us in a king bed the place is filthy we didn’t stay there we were there 5 minutes looked at the place and left”

“Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. Right next to it is “ The hangout “ (101 E Beach Blvd )”

“The condo was much smaller than expected. Once the couch was folded out for a bed and the queen Murphy bed put down there wasn't room to walk or for luggage. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The swimming pool and deck were nice. Parking was easy and yhey had onsite sevurity.”
