Quaint and quiet old style ski lodge that was a comfortable stay. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of amenities around Waterville Valley that are included with the stay. Breakfast was simple but saves money. Would stay here again.

Snowy Owl Inn was perfect for our family vacation . The location was ideal to town square with everything available that we would need or want. We bowled ,rode bikes used kayaks, paddle boats , their pool was best ever,, and even went on a hike. Best choice we could have made for a rental. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room were clean, well kept .We enjoyed breakfast daily in their dining room. We would recommend a stay at Snowy Owl to anyone going to Waterville Valley NH

If you're in Waterville Valley, staying at the Snowy Owl is a great choice. Rooms could use a coat of paint but mine was clean and well appointed. The staff was delightful. Not just helpful and efficient but incredibly personable. The Indian restaurant within the Inn has excellent food. Service is good but understaffed. My server did the best she could on a Saturday night with several big groups there at the same time. But the food! So good. And, in terms of location, it's less than a 2 minute walk from town center. So convenient. Was also one of the more reasonably priced of the places to stay in the area.

My room was clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was good. The restaurant was very good and the prices reasonable. Staff was very kind and considerate. Very nice property and the hotel itself is really comfortable inside. Each floor has a lounging area that is a good place to relax. There is a microwave in that area. Room doesn't have one. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend the inn as a great place to stay

The only positive aspect of our stay was the activities included with the resort. Unfortunately, we were never informed about them in advance, so we had already planned our day and couldn’t really take advantage of them. Our room on the first floor was very outdated. The sink and vanity countertop still had hair from previous guests, the vanity mirror was covered with splashes, and the side of the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. It’s clear that our standards of cleanliness are very different. Based on the condition of the room, I would not stay here again.

My friend and I stayed here for a girls hiking weekend and loved it. Although a little dated the place is spotless and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The Indian restaurant within was delicious! The freedom pass was a nice bonus giving us access to lots of activities in the area. Overall we loved our stay and will be back.
