"This is a super little cabin! The only issue was the outside chairs were very “rustic”… and very uncomfortable to sit more than a few minutes. Not great for sitting around a camp fire. The other cabin had new chairs outside and even more inside that weren’t even used. Wish it would have been noted in the listing to bring camp chairs. Outside of this is was a great place to stay for a get away."

"The home was nice and the grounds were beautiful. We needed to add a day on the front end last minute and the host was very accommodating. There were 5 of us but they had plenty of bedding and sheets and so we all had somewhere comfortable to sleep regardless of it being a 2 bedroom. It is close to town and close to my parents house so it was a perfect place for us. I recommend it."

"An excellent choice for a getaway with family. The outdoor amenities were exceptional, from the fire pit to the pool and spas, seating areas, and relaxing in nature. The location was perfect for easy access to beautiful Shades State Park. The kitchen was small for 10 people but adequately stocked. The gaucho grille was not appropriate for our needs: difficult to manage the heat and the grille surface does not work for burgers, etc. A conventional gas, propane, or charcoal grill would provide more flexibility. Owner communication was very good before and during occupancy, with prompt responses. Overall, it was a very positive experience for our family."
