First advice for fellow travelers: if you’re a swimmer, pack a suit. The pool at this property is exceptional for lap swimming. This was my second stay at this property this year. I appreciate a non-chain place that has found a place in its community, and this one definitely has. I have now skipped the bar/food scene here twice, but both times it looked lively and appealing. On both occasions, I was traveling a distance, so I was less inclined to partake, but it is clearly part of the appeal. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is very welcoming, and has both times demonstrated a pleasant sense of humor. The accommodation is a good value. The one missing element is a breakfast offering, but there are good options a short drive away. I would return.

The room appeared to have been updated fairly recently. Was on the property years and years ago and this was a nice improvement

Stayed here because I wanted a outside pool with food and bar service for relaxation. Of course the property is complete with beautiful views of golf course but everything else dates back to the original ( 1990's) opening day. So sad that such a wonderful property has been let go and never changes. I did enjoy my time at the pool that is "very" old but functional as well.
