"I've always heard about the wild Elks in PA, and have always wanted to visit. So my husband and I decided to look for some places to stay right before Christmas that were

friendly, with a hot tub! With it being off season, we weren't sure if we'd see Elk. We were lucky to see them at Dawn on a drive up Winslow Hill Rd.. Lots of bugling too! Saw many Bulls very close and got some great photos! Our German Shepard loved the giant open yard to run around... we had a fire outside on Christmas Eve...

"We LOVED our stay at the Eagles Nest camp! Clean, private, and cozy!! The perfect location between St Marys & Benezettes Elk Country Visitors Center. We picked up groceries at Aldi (( 15 min drive)) and stocked up on food and beverages we would need, as the camp comes fully stocked with all your dishes, silverwear, and pot/pans.
