"This property was perfect! Beautiful landscaping and very clean inside and out. Quite neighborhood. Pool was ideal for when we didn't want to be in the spring and a night swim. They had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. It felt like home. The little side yard for our dogs was great! Getting the kayaks in and out of the water was pretty easy either using the ramp or the steps into the water. It was a quick paddle to the crystal clear water. 10 min drive to Publix, Target and many restaurants. We also rented a boat from Weeki Wachee boat rental, which was a 5 mins drive from the house. We were able to pull right up to the dock with the boat at the house. We will for sure be renting again next summer. Thank you to the owners for easy and great communication and wonderful rental property. "

"Cute and quaint cabin on the river. Saw manatees immediately upon arrival. The cabin was perfect for myself and partner from the river access to everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The provided kayaks and canoe were also very convenient. "
"We really enjoyed our time here! The home is cute and comfortable. There are a lot of decorations and signs that are fun to read. The owner was very responsive to us... and helpful / informative. It was too hot to use the outdoor space, but there was a gazebo area that looked nice! If you are arriving after dark, the property is difficult to see from the road (There is a motion-sensor light, but you have to be close to the house for it to be activated). There is not a clear driveway, so just drive really slowly past the first driveway on your right, then it is the next house (My son got out of the car and used his flashlight to guide me to the appropriate place and, as he approached the house, the light came on and illuminated the space). The house is in a good location, close to a lot of activities. You won't regret staying at this cute spot!"

"An amazing stay on the river. Home was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The river is beautiful, plenty of kayaks and highly recommend doing a scalloping tour if you have never done it. Saw manatees and even a dolphin right off the dock. Overall an awesome experience!"

"The open concept floor plan with four king bedrooms, three bath home, provides a lot of room for families or couples to stay together. The living room had unique lounge chairs/couches that made for easy snuggling and relaxing area to watch TV. The covered pool room was a nice space with lounge chairs and a table and chairs with an outdoor kitchen area. The neighborhood had easy access to activities and restaurants in the area."

You are the upstairs to another larger rental downstairs but all the outdoor areas are separate and it's surprisingly private. You are directly on the river at a great location. We saw manatees every day! The couple of minor issues we had were resolved almost immediately...communication was excellent with the property managers. We'll be back!"

"Home was as described on VRBO, Vivian stayed in communication with us. Home in great location, convenient to many attractions as well as groceries and other necessities. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Pool was great for entertaining children when we wasn't out and about. "
"My family and I stayed for a week and it was one of the best vacations we've had in awhile. For starters, the home had everything we needed in addition to the pool table and the pool which we all enjoyed. The house was clean, neatly put together and comfy. The beds were so nice. We all got a great night's rest every night. The location is also a big plus because you get the feel of a quaint little family friendly neighborhood but all of the restaurants and shopping you could want is just a few minutes down the road. Clearwater is just about an hour away as well as some of the more popular beaches, which we didn't mind because we love just getting out and exploring. Miss Michelle was such a wonderful host. She was always available for any and all of my many questions. We truly enjoyed our time in Spring Hill. We will definitely be making plans to return in the future. "
"Adorable, comfortable, and decorated with all the cutest mermaid themes. The walls are very thin, so every sound transmits; the person on toilet could casually participate in the conversation happening in the living room and vice versa. This was no problem for our close knit group, but other travelers may prefer more sound proofing.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The kitchen and bathroom amenities were plentiful and comfortable. Everything was immaculately clean. The site manager Ricardo was welcoming, helpful, and easy to communicate with through text message.
