"To start, the price was amazing for a whole week! The property manager, Linda, was so sweet, very communicative and helpful! The house was great, we all enjoyed the pool and caught several fish off the dock! The house stayed kind of warm the whole week but the weather was super hot and humid so I think it was just struggling to keep up. We loved staying here! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable and had plenty of room! Thank you so much for a wonderful home to stay in! Many memories made! "
"This was a very cute and cozy house! Just perfect for our 2 nights stay. There was everything you needed to enjoy the outdoors (bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, etc.). Paddling thru the mangroves was awesome....we saw dolphins coming and going while cruising the canal, even saw a manatee right off the dock! Perfect setup, except for there was no en suite to either of the bedrooms and the one bathroom off the porch was a bit small. Other than that, great and we would definitely stay again! Thanks Corinne"
"Beautiful house, fabulous location with great amenities. We enjoyed kayaking in the canals and loved riding the bicycles to the local restaurants. We loved coming home the the pool every day. Katy was so easy to work with and quick to respond to any of our needs. "
"This was absolutely the most peaceful and relaxing vacation we have ever had. This mom accommodated everyone in our family. From the toy box our 5 year old was enthralled with, to the hot tub our 13 year old wanted to live in, to the kayaks we couldn’t keep our 16 year off of, the the dock my husband spend most of his time on. It was absolutely perfect!"

"We had the best time on our family vacation. The property owner was incredibly easy to work with. She quickly answered any questions we had. Check in was extremely easy. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. My lil boy enjoyed fishing from sun up to sun down. I enjoyed the pool while my guys fished. We enjoyed a fishing/scalloping trip with Hernando Beach charters and kayaked the beautiful Weeki Wachee river. We went antique shopping in Hudson. The location of this property is perfect as it’s so close to so many fun things!"
"We loved this house on the canal with direct access to the Gulf! Our family of 4 with two teenagers who had their own rooms, really enjoyed that there was plenty of room for 'us' as well as extra room for me time. It was hot when we were there, but we got use out of the grill, and hottub, and even four exploration journeys with the kayaks. The wildlife did not dissapoint and we had an amazing interaction late in the day with manatees, and saw a lone dolphin hunting mullet (?) Fish. Also spotted some stingray at the mouth of the Gulf.And ammenities where perfect! The extra cooking supplies, utensils and seasoning made it feel at home, and I didnt have to get too many extra groceries. There's lots to do in the area, but beach-wise, we had to travel as the closest (Pine Island I think) was still closed for hurricane dammage. It still wasn't too far, and a great central spot so we could also go scalloping, which was our reason for being in FL in July.One warning: be aware of where you go in the canal, they dont all connect & a portage can be dangerous with slippery rocks and sharp oysters."

"The pics makes it look big but it was perfect for my husband and me. The 2nd bathroom is oddly placed in the garage just outside the kitchen but the house is quaint so it was easy to get to. The location is convenient, close enough to the things we wanted to see and do but not so close to experience all the ruckus. It was a tranquil stay."
