"The floor was so filthy that I washed it with the bath towels and they were black with dirt. The toilet seat was gross and had small hairs on it. I had to bath my husky because he was so dirty when we left. Told the staff but they didn’t do anything. I felt like we should get a refund but nothing yet.Room 119"

"We got here late at night on our trip from GA to VT and our room was absolutely DISGUSTING! Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. What looked like blood and feces on the walls everywhere, stains on the beds, and had a weird odor to it. We immediately requested our money back and went to the Best Western down the road. "

"Many parents and grandparents (like us) were there for a nearby college graduation. Although we are not bedridden, it would have been helpful to have the use of some baggage carts to move our belongings from the parking lot to our rooms. None were available at any time we were in the facility. I understand all carts may have been in use during peak check-in and check-out periods, but I sat in the lobby during one of those times and not a single cart appeared. Having traveled for most of my professional life, I expected better from Hilton."

"It was a pleasure to stay at a clean, quiet, accommodating hotel. We had room 316 that had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. The shower was a large walk in with great water pressure. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was very good with a pancake maker that I got to use with the help of our server. I didn't get his name but was very helpful and socialable. We will definitely use this hotel when we travel north from Florida."
