  • This is a 1 bedroom suite. It is located in a courtyard home and is the mother in-law quarters. If available, It can also be rented as a 3 bedroom house (separately listed please inquire for details) Fully equipped with kitchenette( refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes ect.)It has a shared common patio area and pool. Also has a small private fenced in yard. Minutes away from WEF and polo fields.

Perfect location, close to everything. Great host—contacted me before my check-in and check-out and quickly responded to my questions. Comfortable studio apartment, nice little pool right outside too. Had everything I needed for my stay.

Awesome studio

Property was super clean. Very close to horse show grounds, shopping, and restaurants. Neighborhood was great to walk the dog. Would definitely stay again.

It was beautiful and adorable! The pool was so cute and perfectly maintained. The space was safe and beautifully appointed. The bedding and the bed were so comfortable!

The property manager was very responsive. She even brought over a grill for us to use during our stay. The reason I didn't leave five stars is because 1) the outside pool area was lacking a comfortable space to relax and 2) the mattress needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the price is right in a nice area on a quiet residential street.

Just perfect!!

This adorable studio was absolutely perfect for my quick trip to Wellington! It was immaculate and had everything a person could need! The location was wonderful also, as I was almost always approximately 10 min or less to everywhere. The owner was very attentive and genuinely wanted to ensure that I had a good stay. I can’t say enough good things, and would absolutely book this spot again!

Adult Children’s Visit

My adult children, visiting me for the holidays, had an exceptional time and found the property to be perfect for their needs. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. My dealing with the Host was incredible. Super responsive, pleasant and a total pleasure to work with on all levels. Will highly recommend this property to anyone in need to stay in Wellington, FL and I will certainly think of this Host first for any future needs. Thank you!!

Trip to Wellington Florida

This property was extremely clean and well kept inside! It was truly the perfect location if you’re staying in Wellington for the horse show. The owner was very kind and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We had a wonderful stay here! That being said, there were no photos of the bathroom when we booked this and we didn’t realize the bathroom and the kitchen are in the exact same space with nothing but a half curtain for privacy. If I was coming alone, I would book this again. But if I came with a friend again, it wasn’t an ideal situation. I’m only saying this so people are aware before booking. I still highly recommend this property!

Cute studio, small but very efficient. WellPlanned out and host very easy to contact. Nice yard space and we loved to sit outside in the evening as the breeze was wonderful. Good location for us as near family . Overall, a lovely stay and would be happy to return.

Perfect location in Wellington

This guest room was ideally located, close to the Wellington International Horse Show grounds and no more than a 10 min drive to anything needed. Host was communicative and room appeared just as in listing. Perfect for a short stay for a single person or a couple. Would stay here again!

Perfect base for my two-week stay working at the Horse Show. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing — clean, comfortable and well organised. Ideal for one person, probably a little snug for two, although there is good storage with a large wardrobe and additional closet in the bedroom.Communication with the host was excellent and very responsive, which made everything straightforward.A very easy and comfortable place to stay, and I would happily return.

Darling mother in law cottage

Close to dressage and jumping shows, great restaurants nearby, small cottage across pool from main house. Beautifully decorated bedroom with kitchenette/bathroom. Clean and cheerful. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic, clean cozy studio apartment

Just right

It was the perfect fit for me. Wasn't needing a spacious home or room to hang out in, but a comfortable place to sleep and prepare for the day. It was just right as it had everything needed. Super clean, quiet, secure, cozy, and quality decor. The best thing was the host, Shannon. Super responsive and helpful to make my stay just right.
