"Renter beware. This is a transformed shed. The loft with a mattress is a box storage area. Not for people of size or age. The second bed is a small futon. River is not accessible because of erosion and broken glass. The river at this spot is not a place to swim because of debris building materials and car parts . The river view is spectacular and bird watching was good. A few other things but the owner said he would address those issues. Then weather was great! "

"Really impressed with this hotel. It felt more upscale than the price would indicate. The room was spacious and very clean. My kids wanted the game room to be bigger, but the games and pool area were well maintained. Breakfast was my favorite part. They had several gluten-free options including hard boiled eggs and bagels. I don’t find this often. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. If I were to be picky, I would say the rooms could be updated in decor to be more modern, but everything was in beautiful condition and fit the traditional vibe. Overall and very good and comfortable stay. We visit this area every year. I think we have found our new hotel. "
