"Our short break at the Masons Arms was most enjoyable.The staff and service were excellent,the food of a exceptionally high standard for a pub.The accommodation was really very good being refurbished a couple of years ago and the premium room was very spacious and fitted out tastefully.If I could offer a positive critique it would be to change the light bulbs for a brighter type as the room could be quite dark.Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely visit again."

"We had a wonderful stay. The facilitys at the west bay hotel are great the room included a coffee machaine , kettle , clean towels and dressing gowns. The shower was powerful and big. It was clean , family friendly and breakfast was top quailty with lots of options. Me and my family will be staying again in the future. Thankyou for providing quailty service! "

"Wonderful reception and assistance to room, freshly decorated and well fitted accom. Brilliant bathroom with tub and shower, shutters on window facing beach. Spacious, light and airy. High quality carpet in bedroom and flooring in bathroom. Wide bay window with table and chairs, great outlook across bay, comfy bed, spacious room and storage. Weekday breakfast is minimal but adequate for us, plenty local cafes if you need full cooked brekkie. Hotel has an elevator. Fab location opposite beach, great views, short walk to river and harbour. "
