“Shower was a bit tricky to get right the right temperature, other than that perfect room, chris was a friendly host and breakfast was absolutely spot on, would definitely stop again”

“Nice and clean - a good stay. The hosts were really great when I arrived quite late at night due to a missed train, and were really helpful in making sure I could get right into my room easily. I really appreciated their helpfulness and easy communication.
There are a number of pets about the house including dogs, who make a bit of noise in the evening and early morning, but not too bad.
I would be quite happy to stay here again.”

“Very friendly, both at check in and at breakfast. As I had a single room, it was lovely to be able to sit for a while in the gardens & residents lounge. Parking on site was a real bonus. The property is in a quiet street and only a 10 minute walk to the sea front”

“I’m was actually thinking of giving a bad review to ensure this wonderful place wouldn’t be booked out all the time. Seriously though, we’re definitely going back- comfy bedroom, modern bathroom, spacious living area, and a kitchen that rivals mine at home for appliances and equipment. The breakfast was very tasty choices were plentiful, and my gluten free request not a problem. ”
