“Room was clean had a nice view, the only downsides were we expected by the photos it was more than a room and a bathroom, that the photos suggested it had a private area for sitting down but I realized when we got there it was common area. At night it was quite cold l, so we did have to get another blanket, and the shower took a while to heat up, but overall for a place to spend the night and be close to amenities, it worked for us :) ”

“Our apartment in The Clark was perfect for two travelers and our pup. It was clean and prepared for our stay, and the check in and check out processes were smooth and well-outlined. The bathroom was very small, and I feel this should be noted in the listing. Maneuvering in the space took some thought, and future guests who may have mobility issues might take this into consideration. The bedroom was very comfortable! “It was a great little room for a one night stay for a wedding . Check in was easy , it was clean and in a great location it was walking distance about a 5 min walk to downtown ocean grove and a ten minute drive to asbury park . Also communication with the host was great, answered me quickly and was helpful with any questions I had . ”

“Poor communication about important things- like “available parking” means on-street only and next to impossible to find on a Friday afternoon! Some of my party parked over a mile away! Also, “laundry available” means at a laundromat up the street! Really? For a family using the beach allweekend? At an additional cost? Beach passes not provided. This was made clear by the host but on day 1 it cost us 65 for allof us to get on the beach! That’s a lot of money over 4 days after paying so much for……

“Great location of unit. Felt safe and secured and communication with listing agent was fast and friendly. Free off street parking - first come first serve, but we had no issues since we stayed off season. Host did recommend paid parking locations but we did not need it.Would recommend and revisit! Only issue, the carpet in the main room curls up and can be a tripping hazard. We moved one of the mats to keep it down and didn't have any issues after that.”

“It was easy to get in the room with an access code. No need to worry about a key or key card. The room itself was clean and all necessary remotes and items were easy to find, however the windows were really dirty, so we kept the blinds closed. The bed was comfy and the refrigerator had enough space for what we needed. The house was a very short walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants which was very convenient.
