The property appeared to be old and poorly maintained all the way around. We did not even stay for one night. Checked out within one hour of arriving.

Our stay was amazing! The check-in process was very easy, the house was clean and very accurate to the listing description. The community location was very private and quiet. The house has everything you need: extra linens, dish soap, laundry detergent, cleaner, pots + pans, cups, etc. The beach was right down the road, and the stay came with 6 complimentary passes to Boulder Lake Club. If you have more than 6 people for your stay, the additional passes are $25/day. There are so many fun games and water activities to do at the beach club! Some negatives: We did have a snafu with security... someone made a complaint that we had too many cars (we had 4). Not really sure how you would have 12 people in a house without having at least 3 cars. My only other complaint would be the mattresses..... most of them were not comfortable at all. Very minor complaints overall, but worth mentioning for future renters! I would love to book a stay in the winter and get to experience all the winter activities and ski lodge. Great stay for the price and great location!
