Stayed in Room 12, Sept. 23-27, 2026. It had been raining for days. Door to balcony so warped it would not, could not open. Television in room not operable. Staff notified, albeit on a Friday, said it would be fixed but no one showed up. No breakfast or coffee service on property, but a popular coffee roaster is a short walk away. Location of Parador is convenient if you have a car.

It was a very nice hotel. A big plus is the shuttle service that takes and picks you up in downtown Santa Fe, where parking is often difficult. Lots of close restaurants and shops too. Very beautiful lobby. Room was wonderful and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

"I had one of the artist rooms which was nice. The air/heater had some issues and set off the fire alarm. The pool and hot tub were nice but ended up being closed most of my stay due to rain.
