My husband fished off the pier and got so many fish of all different kinds. Pulled up 3 lb bass and 4 lb pike and I got a bowfin! We drove to Hero's Welcome every morning for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Their lunch sandwiches were the best meal we had the whole trip! Just a lovely little town. So, basically we loved it.
