"Exceptionally friendly staff… everyone. From the front desk to the cleaning crew to the food service. Boquila (Bo) was so helpful during the extra cold weather. Room was absolutely spotless. I felt almost as at home as in idaho. Best experience just about ever. "

"The staff was very inviting and polite. Rooms were very clean.Temps outside was 15 degrees but the hotel had the Hallways nice and warm as well as the room heater worked great!Hallways,rooms,breakfast area all clean and no odors of smoke or mildew. No signs of rodents or bugs anywhere which was definitely a A plus for me!Breakfast was great with a nice selection. They offer 24 hour complimentary fresh hot coffee as well and lemonade. Also I liked it was only a 25.00 room hold fee not 150.00 like some hotels! No complaints for this hotel and we will definitely stay again next time we are in the area. My family and I give it 5stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"The room was wonderful. The staff was great! They were very accommodating and kind. I do wish they had larger pillows. We had a king bed with four very soft pillows. They were very hard to sleep on."
