"Great location, walk one block to access the beach! Lots to do and places to eat within walking distance. The amusement park is only open on weekends. Room was as advertised. Only issue was checking in - I did not receive necessary information because I booked online, so be sure to call to confirm the details before you arrive. The staff was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. "

"This place is stunning and big!! Very safe, everything is locked but easily accesible with your room key card and the parking lot is well lit. Located right on the salmon river, they have a walkway to it for guest use which is very pretty! It's about 2 hours from the Adirondacks, depending where you're going. They have a fire pit and free smores kits and cornhole games for guest use. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and so clean! Every staff member I encountered were so kind and helpful!! I'll definitely be back!"

"We had a great time visiting this property. It was three adults and two large retrievers. We had plenty of space inside, on the large deck and the huge yard. The road and neighborhood were very quiet but in such a great location if you wanted to go to Sylvan Beach for some action. The responsiveness from the host was nearly immediate and the check in/out was simple. The house itself was everything we needed to enjoy our week. Oh and the view, couldn’t get better. We loved watching a storm roll in. I highly recommend renting! Thank you!! "
