Staff were courteous and always accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast superb. Location within easy reach of city centre via bus, and Neustadt areas also via bus. 24/7 counter staff which was useful because we didn't arrive from Berlin until 1 a.m. Flixbus terminus 12 minute walk away at Dresden Neustadt Station.

Book this hotel if you don't want comfort. Book this hotel if you enjoy overpaying. Book this hotel if having your expectations met sounds overrated. We arrived after a full day of travel, hoping for a cool, clean room to recover in. Instead, no air conditioning — just a fan, which management offered as the "solution." Whether the AC is broken or simply not provided isn't clear, but either way, in the middle of summer, that's a problem they didn't seem in a rush to fix. The room itself had a tired, worn look — not dirty exactly, but not what we'd call clean either. A little elbow grease and some basic upkeep would go a long way here. For the price we paid, we expected a lot more. If you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, or value, keep looking.

Great location, friendly staff, tasty breakfast with many options, clean, spacious rooms. We would definitely stay here again. The family room was only really big enough for 2 people so we booked a second room for 2 of the 4 people in our party. The breakfast on the weekends didn’t start til 7:30, which wasn’t great because we were jet lagged and not on local time yet, but apparently no one in Berlin gets up early on the weekends. The Adina hotels in other cities are also good, but not as good as this one. In-room laundry and kitchenette were awesome.
