“The prperty was very clean!!! Lots of open space. Beautifully updated. Within a few blocks of dowtown....perfect! Had a little trouble getting the front door lockbox to open but dont know if it was the box or operator problem. Would definitely stay there again.”

The parking garage has a very low ceiling and our automatic tailgate got marked, so I would recommend signage to indicate that caution should be taken when unloading. The sofa bed was not comfortable. It’s really not acceptable for adults. Pasta night was excellent! ”

“The host was welcoming and for the most part the amenities were okay. The lobby of the hotel was absolutely beautiful. We had an initial issue with the fireplace, and the bathroom shower area was cold. The water would never get hot enough either. The television was in an awkward spot and the light from it interrupted our sleep. The refrigerator was too high up. We could not turn the tv optimally towards our bed. We loved Deep Creek Lake though, despite the weather it was still very beautiful,……

“The place was perfect for its location to the lake and state park where we went hiking for 3 glorious days. Staff friendly and helpful. Only thing I would add is that they need to update the rooms and balcony. I could have used a blender in the kitchen rather than 2 coffee makers.”
