"The parking lot could be improved. It was more a construction site than an actual parking lot, but that doesn't take away really from the experience, just a minor thing to note. Overall very happy with my experience. The space met my simple needs. Recommended if you're looking for a simple place to stay. Proximity to Rockaway Beach is great!"

It is a beautiful house, and it is very clean. It is in a great location, about a 10 minute walk to Washington Street. Would 100% recommend and stay again! "
