"Nice apartment with a great location - ease access to train and buses and short walk to old part of town. The apartment was clean with plenty of towels and comfortable beds, slightly strange to find ample cups and saucers but no mugs. Wi-Fi was very poor and the TV switched on but we don’t couldn’t find a way to watch any TV (perhaps tied in with the poof WiFi?). No response from concierge when I sent a WhatsApp message to him regarding WiFi. Unable to access the dustbin area as it was locked...

We love Annecy.But from the very first, the air conditioning did not work, despite being prominently mentioned in the listing title. We informed management several times and were told various things to try, but nothing worked. "The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."
