Situated on ½ acre, this 3-bedroom newly renovated home has all the amenities one would need to experience the quintessential Hampton’s summer. Your family can swim in your private heated pool or play in a large safe, fenced-in backyard. A short walk to shops, restaurants, houses of worship and a short bike ride to the beach - this homes perfect location allows you to enjoy all the town has to offer. Note: For 2023, the basement is being completely finished with a full 2nd bathroom for the house. Guests will enjoy a modernized laundry room, couches and a large recreation room with TV. A large egress window was added for natural light and safety as well. As of 2022, the pool has a new liner and a new deck. The kitchen and bathroom had renovations and are as shown in the beautiful photos and new floors throughout.
