"This was our second visit. First time was great. This time the shower was dirty with lots of long black hairs and rust in corners and sides.All floors dirty too. My clean white socks turned black. I requested service esp on the shower cleaning(hairs) on the second day of visit at 11:30 am. The older lady at the front desk.just gave me a look. Received NO towels and no service. I can say all the rest of the staff are especially nice! The previous stay was great or we wouldn’t have returned."

"Didn't feel safe leaving my vehicle parked across from several homeless people. Canceled the reservation due to blood on the sheets and over a week later still have not received the refund "

"It was a nice place; however, the sheets were terrible. Very scratchy to me."

"Not a bad stay, room was clean but some maintenance needs to be done, rust in the bathroom and peeling paint, a few of the towels had stains on them. One thing that was a drawback for me is the whole lobby smells like smoke, it hits you when you walk in the front doors and you can start to smell it as soon as you get on the elevator to come down."
